Welcome, I’m Vanessa

Being human isn’t easy—life is filled with highs and lows, worries, fears, and countless questions. If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely searching for support, and I want to say welcome.

I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, develop tools for lasting change, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I consider it an honour to be part of your process.

Life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and sometimes we all need a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. Individual therapy is a one-on-one process that allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential, and supportive space.

My approach to individual therapy is grounded in collaboration, empathy, and personalization. I believe meaningful healing and growth occur when you feel genuinely accepted just as your are.

Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy

Spiritually integrated psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that acknowledges and integrates a client’s spiritual beliefs, values, and practices into the treatment process. It aims to deliver a more holistic and meaningful healing experience by addressing not only psychological and emotional needs but also the individual’s spiritual beliefs.

This approach can be beneficial for individuals seeking to explore their spiritual beliefs, meaning and purpose, existential questioning, traumas and other challenges.

  • Respect for all spiritual beliefs

  • Explore meaning, purpose, and faith

  • Trauma-informed spiritual care

  • Optional spiritual integration

Couples Therapy

  • Gottman Method

  • Improve communication, manage conflict

  • Rebuild trust, intimacy

  • Navigate transitions together

  • All stages of relationships welcome

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of joy—and also our deepest challenges. Using the Gottman Method, I help couples build stronger, healthier, and more emotionally connected relationships through practical tools grounded in over 40 years of research.

The Gottman Method Couples Therapy is an evidence-based approach developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. It focuses on improving communication, increasing respect and intimacy, managing conflict effectively, and creating shared meaning.

Couples therapy isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about learning how to truly see each other again, communicate with love, and create a relationship that feels safe, supportive, and deeply fulfilling.
