I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care from the University of Toronto, where I received comprehensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and client-centered care. My academic background is grounded in both theory and clinical practice. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and bring experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping clients manage a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
In addition to my graduate training, I have completed Gottman’s Couples Therapy certification (Level 2) and continue to pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field.
